Jessica Govind attended the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Mediation Training Program in Chicago June 21-25, 2016. The advanced program included nationally known family law and mediation faculty and covered topics and demonstrations ranging from the nature of conflict and the mediation process, the mediator’s role, communication dynamics, negotiation, ethics in mediation, styles and techniques in mediation, and settlement building techniques.
