Portland, Maine (February 7, 2017) – Family Law Attorney, Catherine Miller, Esq. accepted a volunteer position with Maine Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP)’s Courthouse Assistance Project (CHAPs). As a volunteer lawyer, Catherine will provide legal support in Portland District Court to individuals pursuing a family law matter. The CHAPS programs allows qualifying individuals to seek legal advice from family lawyers on matters such as completing court forms, preparing for mediation or hearing, or appearing in court.
